Located at Leeds Dock (just 5 minutes from Leeds City Centre), its a spacious double bedroom in a part-furnished 5th floor apartment, with fibre-optic broadband.
Rent is £388pm (roughly £500 with bills). Deposit of £388. (The landlord is lovely too.)
A little about me: I'm 24, working in Financial Services 9-5 so I’m not around all that much. On an evening/weekend I’m usually either: seeing mates, at the gym or out trying new places to eat/drink, (though I am partial to a good Netflix binge).
It'd be great to find someone who likes their own space but also to have a laugh with too.
