All our lets are all-inclusive and en-suite, and a contract runs for 42 weeks starting on the 16th September. We don’t take a deposit, however there is a £95.00 application fee, taken after your application form is completed in full and before the first payment is due. The only other fee applicable would be for a car fob if you planned to keep a vehicle on-site.

It's a 21 minute walk from the university of leeds so it's not that far from central leeds

Then, rent payment options are as follows:



-Full payment of £3,570.00 (5% discount applied for full 42 weeks’ payment). This is the only option we are able to offer for tenants without a UK guarantor.

-Three termly payments of: £1,360.00 due on 25/08/2017 (or as soon as possible for new applicants); £1,360.00 on or before 09/01/2018; and £850.00 on or before 09/04/2018;

or

-A part-payment of £500 with a £50 charge (£550 total) on or before 25/08/2017 (or as soon as possible for new applicants), with the remainder of the first termly payment payable in September once student loan has been received. We do ask in this case that you provide a copy of your payment schedule from Student Finance to confirm the date upon we can expect the remainder.
