Woodhouse - Double Bedroom Available

We are a lovely group of quirky, friendly, open-minded Christians who love movies, baking and Mary Berry! We are clean, super chilled out and relatively quiet - we are looking for a potential housemate who is sociable, enjoys cosiness (we have lots of blankets) and pizza. We study a variety of subjects, including English Lit, Spanish and Film, Medical Sciences and Graphic Design.

We have two large fridges between the 5 of us, a washer/dryer along with all the usual kitchen appliances (sadly no dishwasher), TV (but no license), and 2 basement storage rooms. We also have a small patio/'courtyard' behind the house with a small tree. We have a spacious kitchen and living room, and two bathrooms between the 5 of us including a bath!

We live in Woodhouse, a relatively quiet area that is just a 15 minute walk to uni, with 3 corner shops within 200m and a short distance to Woodhouse Ridge for walks etc. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away to get into town.

Rent is £304.17 paid monthly, and we reckon that bills are about £160/term, including super great wifi and all the usuals.
