Hey there,

I have a great room available to rent just off of Roundhay Road. The room is available from the 1st of August onwards for a minimum of 6 months.

The house is clean, tidy and only 10mins from Leeds city centre. Located just off a major bus route, buses every 10 mins to City. There is always room for on street parking just outside the house if you need it as it is a 'no through' street... i. e it's nice and quiet due to road being blocked to traffic half way :)

It's a 4 bed house and you will be sharing with 3 others. Terry who works for Vodaphone (currently from home) and loves his sport, Florintina enjoys TV series and works full time at sports direct, and Margaret who likes to read and works at the Hospital (currently from home).

All professionals so nice and quiet (no parties here as we have all grown out of that sorry - but feel free to bring friends round for dinner), more a chilled place to relax and watch Netflix etc.

All rooms have fast 100MB optical broadband internet access (Lan and wireless if gaming/downloading is your thing).

The room available is a large fully furnished double attic room with its own private toilet and sink. You have full use of the kitchen and shared living room.

The rent is just £375 a month (This includes ALL bills, gas, electric, internet, Virgin, council tax and water rates). £200 deposit needed to secure the room... private landlord so no rediculous fees to pay the agents!

We are looking for a easy going, clean tidy professional or mature student.

(No smokers or DSS i'm afraid)
