I am going away for the second and third terms of university and so will need someone to have my room until the end of our tenancy , which is in July.
Expect a warm welcoming home with a family atmosphere. House activities include watching TV and films (football, apprentice, blue planet, Louis Theroux etc.), hosting pres and the occasional house meal. We also cook huge house breakfasts after nights out .
Really spacious room on the ground floor. 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. 6 beautiful fun house mates. £85 per week excluding bills. Bills around £10-15 per month. The house is on a lovely street right by the park - a 5-10 minute walk from the University of Leeds and only 15-20 minute walk to get into town.
