I have a fairly large room to rent. The house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious lounge area and a kitchen. The room available is on the top floor and generally gets a lot of sunlight!
The house is located in Hyde Park and is around 10 mins walk from University of Leeds and a 2 minute walk from Burley Park train station.
I have just recently graduated and have been working for a couple of months. My partner is currently in her 4th year of her Dental studies, so she’ll generally be buried into her books!
We are generally clean, tidy and apparently funny! We are looking for someone likeminded, preferably a final year/ Master or a PhD student.
