House mate Wanted

A great flat share opportunity has become available. I am having to move out of my flat and I am looking for someone to take over for the remainder of my contract. This will be with the option of either renewing it in July or moving out.

The council tax has already been paid for until the end of the contract 26th July and bills total to £50 a month.

The flat is located in the lovely waterside development of Leeds Dock just a few minutes walk from Leeds city centre. It is on the 4th floor with a large open plan kitchen and living room with modern décor, ideal for socialising. From here, large floor to ceiling windows lead onto a balcony overlooking the Leeds Canal.
