Available until 30th June 2018 (end of tenancy). Double room in a shared 6 bed house with 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the basement. Room includes a bed and mattress, basin, desk, wardrobe, chest of draws, and an IKEA chair. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen with washer and dryer and a comfy living room. On-street parking is available if required.

£380 pcm (£85pw) including all bills and £150 deposit however these prices are negotiable.

The house is well-located in Woodhouse. 15-20 minute walk to University of Leeds Campus and half an hour walk to both the city centre and Headingley. A corner shop is located less than a minute from the house and there are some nice pubs and a good chippy in the local area as well. Woodhouse Ridge is also very close and great for running.

Current housemates (Joe, Chris, Lee, Greg & Max) are a mix of final year undergrads, postgrads and graduates. We're a relatively quiet house but we're all friendly and have a range of interests.
