Spacious double room and bathroom in City Centre

I have a large double bedroom available to rent in Leeds City Centre. The apartment has a main bathroom and I have an ensuite in my room.

The furniture in the photos belongs to a previous lodger, but as the room is currently occupied by someone with a lot of stuff, these photos showcase the room best! The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and double wardrobe.

The apartment is large by City Centre standards and is situated in a quiet block, 5 minutes walk from the Calls area of the City Centre. Close to the bus station and a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Handy location for bars, restaurants and supermarkets. All bills are included and I have fibre broadband installed.

There is no parking included unfortunately, but there are usually spaces available in the underground car park to rent from other tenants should you need one.

I am looking for a friendly, respectable female lodger, preferably an early bird as I am up at 5am through the week and would like to have someone on a similar schedule so we are not waking each other up!

I have a friendly 6 year old cat who won't disturb you on a night, she's just a bit of an attention seeker when she's been on her own all day!
