*Not exactly an en-suite but you have a big bathroom which is just yours right opposite your bedroom door*
My lovely flat mate is buying their own place at the end of April, so I need someone equally as lovely to take over their room!
The flat has good views of the city and is incredibly well appointed for anyone who works in the city centre or on the outskirts as we are a 2 minutes walk to Leeds City Bus Station. You will have your own large bedroom and own separate bathroom which comes with a bath and shower. The flat also comes with parking that we currently use for friends and family, but great if you have a car!
So what would it be like living with me? I’m a very tidy and considerate flatmate, but I do like to have my friends over for dinner or a night of Love Island with a bottle of wine! I’ve lived with both men and women and consider myself quite a laid back and sociable person - so I wouldn’t necessarily enjoy someone who wants to shut themselves in their room constantly.
Rent is split between us equally at £437.50 and bills come to around £100 each on top.
The flat comes with a massive 50 inch TV which is mine and lots of nice accessories to make the place feel homely.
