The Room for rent

King size room in furnished three bedroom city centre town house with free off street parking and garden with one other housemate!

Bills not included but I estimate with bills the total cost in generally around £500 each.

Ground floor comprises of large kitchen diner with integrated fridge, washing machine, range cooker with double oven and grill, utility room with large fridge/freezer and storage space as well as cloakroom. On the first floor you will find the living room with views into the garden, house bathroom and smaller third bedroom/office (unfurnished). My current housemate and I are using this as a guest bedroom and walk in wardrobe, but I'm open to short term stays in here as a potential option. The top floor comprises of the two large king size bedrooms.

The house is a 10 minute walk to the Leeds bus station, but the street is nice and quiet, so it's a great location.

I would love to live with someone friendly that I can get on with well 😊 I tend to go to go for drinks, do yoga and climb in the week.

Living with another veggie would be a bonus for me, but living with someone considerate is way more important
