Beautiful ensuite in Leeds City Centre

I'm Karinel and for the last 6 months I've lived with Asmah.

Asmah will be travelling from the end of October for a year so we will be seeking for someone to replace her tenancy.

I work for the Government full time whilst also studying part time at the University of Law 2 evenings a week. Also, I like chilling most times and going out with friends for literally anything, may it be drinking or eating or trying new things.

I'm looking for someone to move in mid October for a minimum of 6 month contract. I would prefer a female flatmate but otherwise, a clean, tidy and respectable friend also!

I have lived here for almost 7 months and love how everything is so accessible.

The room is a good size with a double bed and your own bathroom just outside your room. My room is slightly larger and has its own bathroom inside but you get a bathtub!

Bills come to £130.00 roughly.
Deposit is £721.25 and length of the contract is 6 month minimum.
Agency fees may apply.

The flat is a great city centre location in Clarence Dock:
10 min walk to the town centre
15 minute stroll to the train station
Minutes away from a gym, yoga centre, tesco/sainsburys and various restaurants in Leeds dock.
The balcony also overlooks the canal bit - i personally enjoy my mornings and evenings chilling in the balcony with some tea!
