I have one single room available in my decorated 1 bedroom.

The room has one wardrobe, the bedroom has a separate toilet, sink, and Shower

The apartment is on the 1st floor of the prestigious gateway central apartment block. The living room and kitchen area come complete with a new corner sofa and Juliet balcony. Fully furnished kitchen including kettle, toaster, microwave fridge freezer and electric hob. We also have a washer-dryer for you to use. We also have all cutlery and dishes.

It is a 12-minute walk to the new Victoria Gate shopping center and John Lewis. Great location. There is also on-street parking which comes on a first come first serve basis. I do have one parking permit for the underground secure parking so if you really need this please let me know and we can sort something out.

Current housemates are a young professional couple who love to socialize and are very clean and tidy

The price is £550 to 600 per month inclusive of all bills and council tax!

We are looking for a like-minded professional who is clean and tidy and would respect our home.

As I am also staying in the same apartment.
