Double room with en-suite bathroom

I’ve got a great size double bedroom with en-suite available in a two bedroom flat in Mabgate. Located in Leeds City Centre, just a few minutes walk from John Lewis, it’s an ideal location for city centre working and it’s just a 15 minute walk to the station (I used to commute to Ilkley and had no issues with the walk to the station). It doesn’t have a balcony but it does have a ‘Juliette balcony’ - essentially patio doors so it’s possible to get some fresh air and sunshine, and it’s great for parties. Bills aren’t included in the rent, however everything has already been set up and it’s about £125 a month for everything. I’m a working professional, fun, easy going, like to go out for drinks / brunch / shopping etc. Let me know if you have any questions! 🥰
