I’m Evelyn. I’m looking for someone to share my apartment. This spacious, homey and centrally located property is available to rent from 14th of August 2021 for 3 months. After that point the new tenant can discuss with the landlord if they want to continue the tenancy for a year’s contract.

The flat is a great size for two people to share, with a bedroom and bathroom each, and shared kitchen and living room, your bathroom has an Ensuite bathroom. It is great value for money at only £388 considering its location. It's a 10-15 minutes walk into the city centre, with and ALDI and PureGym just a 5 minutes walk away. The buildings staircase and hallways have just been repainted, as has the hallway. The flat was be fully refurbished at the in November 2020.
Also, if we have any issues with the flat the landlord has been very kind when addressing them, such as doing renovations and replacing warn items.

The bills will be split with the current housemate, and usually come to about £130 a month each, which includes council tax, electrics, water and wifi.

I work in Leeds City Centre. I am generally quite busy with work through the week though always around for a good chat and glass of wine on an evening. I am very easy going, happy to chill with anyone but also respect their privacy.
