Spare bedroom in a two bedroom flat in Leeds Dock area, it is the smaller bedroom of the two but as you can see there's still plenty of room for a desk, double bed and wardrobe. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has fantastic views of the docks and the city, the living kitchen area is extremely spacious with a lovely comfy corner sofa. Bills come to around £130 per month which is for everything (electric, council tax, wi-fi etc). The other bedroom has an en-suite so you will have a bathroom all to yourself. There is a tesco express on-site and car parking is available at Citi-park on the dock for £80 per month. I am moving out shortly due to work commitments and would be looking for someone to fill the spare room ASAP but the contract starts on the 15th of the month. The contract was only signed for 6 months so will expire mid February however if you wanted to stay on i'm sure that could be discussed with the landlord. Current flatmate Tom is friendly and tidy, happy to socialise but his job involves exams so he does study regularly he is also home working so we will be in the flat in his room for most of the day.
