My flatmate has to move to a different city for work and I am looking for a flatmate to replace him.
It's a 2bedroom flat in Aspect 14 - behind Lloyd's offices/First direct Arena , so quite central, train station is 15mins away on foot, Morrison's and PureGym are 5mins away and Aldi as well.
I am the only other tenant in this 2bed flat is a 29 years old Greek who works as a Chef in the centre. I am quite respectful and always up for a pint (pre pandemic at least). I normally work 5 days a week, long hours so you can enjoy privacy and downtime easily.
The single room has a double bed, a heater, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The double room is much bigger with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
There's one bathroom with both a shower and a tub.
Smokings is not allowed.
All bills mentioned are for both tenants so you'd look to divide that by 2. Electricity costs roughly £80 pcm, internet is at £35 pcm and council tax is at £133 pcm for 12 months (Band C). Water comes every quarter.
Overall, you'd be looking at £375 rent + £120 for bills which is roughly £500 pcm depending on your usage.
The place is managed by Adair Paxton (letting agency) who would ask for your references. My ftalmate's contract ends on 13/05/22 but we are flexible.
