I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, which runs until 18th June 2021 (as I'll be moving abroad). However, the exact term dates can be negotiated I believe with the estate agents.

Currently flats in buildings around here (Ahlux House, Ahlux Court and 20/20) are going for between £625-695 pm, so my contract fixes the price at £600 until at least June.

Location/amenities

Although it's just off of the main road Regent Street, it's actually very quiet and I've never had any noise bother. The building is filled with mainly young professionals and couples.

The current estate agents is Martin Co, and after many years renting with several estate agents, I'm happy to say their service has been the best so far.

Rent amount on this contract is £600 per month. Mine is currently due before the 18th of every month, but this can be adjusted, I'm sure.

Bills
Bills are NOT included in the rent. Internet is whatever package you have (fiber optic is available). I currently pay £40-50 per month for utilities (although this was lower at about £30-35 in the summer). No gas, electricity only (smart meter).
