Housemate needed for City Centre apartment

Hi all,

My name is Neda and l am looking for a new housemate. My current housemate is leaving Leeds but l love our flat and would like to stay if can find her replacement.

Little bit about me: I work for a credit referencing agency, currently working from home. My interests include but are not limited to cinema, music, books, going out for food/drinks, walks. I am friendly, tidy and considerate roommate. And would like to live with someone who is also such way. Also female housemate is preferred!

About the room/flat: flat is 5 minutes away from the canal (we can actually see it from the living room window). Great location for walks, but pretty much in town also so lots of shopping locations/restaurants and pubs nearby. It's a top floor duplex apartment. You would have your own bathroom (I have en-suite), room has a roof skyline window, double bed and lots of storage. Spacious living room/kitchen area and hall(with some storage there too). Parking is included in the rent and l do not drive so consider that yours should you do. Bills normally come to 120 or so extra for each of us. I am currently paying council tax and my housemate Chloe all else. But we can re-arrange this should this be needed.

Room is available from 15th of February although the contract expires and needs to be re-extended by 22nd of March so l can be a bit flexible with this as long as the contract is signed.
