Double Room with En-suite

The flat is located in Gateway Apartments, and is an ideal location as it’s only 5 mins walk from city centre, it has a shop downstairs, concierge to accept our parcels and even has a gym at additional price. Neighbours here are amazing, it’s really quiet, friendly and respectful.

Rent with bills generally comes to £590 all together, and there will be a change of sharer fee to replace my current flatmate on the contract (£50).

The room is double, with en-suite shower. I use the main bathroom, so we each have our own bathroom and only share kitchen and living room.

The flat is furnished, and we recently had our walls repainted in the entire flat and the sofa you see on the photos is new. We also have a dishwasher.

I have been in the flat for almost 3 years, initially moved in for 6 months and now I don’t want to leave 😅 I work from home full time, and on the side also freelance as a photographer, volunteer and work part time at the hotel 1-2 evenings a week. I go to London and go see my family quite often so you will have a flat to yourself every few weeks for long weekends ☺️ I’m quiet, don’t drink. I don’t mind if you have people over at all, and generally am very easy going but this isn’t really a party house.
