Hi. This is a truly amazing place, a different concept with a welcoming atmosphere and it is CLEAN.

Very nice crowd (professionals, 23-36 or so), an international feel and mix. Share with 3 people.
The owner (Tony) is truly friendly, honest and always approachable. Makes efforts to make you feel at home.
I always come back there whenever I have to be in Leeds or nearby, I have done it so many times until now in 10 years, for stays from 3 months to 1.5 years. It is always the same quality, positive place with serene energy.

The rooms are available for short or long let.
Rents are between £78.00 to £ 80.50 pw (but not paid weekly). They include: Wi-Fi Internet, Council Tax, TV Licence, Water. Electricity and Gas are shared.
There may be a small Re-Let Cost for short lets (less than 6 months).
Bond is £ 300.00

House has: all the facilities, Broadband. Old but re-furbished, well looked after and regularly maintained. There are no exaggerated luxuries, gimmicks; it is just comfortable, nice and very functional.

Maybe above all: the Location! It is the star. In a fantastic space in city centre, near universities and everywhere that matters, yet a house not a crammed apartment.
