Hi there,
I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The room is available in April, and the start date can be flexible. My contract ends in September. You can extend the contract after that.
[About the location]
It's a very comfortable double bedroom in south east part of Leeds city center, within 15 minutes walk to the university, train station, and major supermarkets.
[About the flat]
The flat is at 10th floor with a stunning view of the city. Facilcities including washer and dryer, fridge/freezer and oven with electric hobs.
It also has a standing head mounted shower, and a seperate toilette, which is very good in a shared flat.
The flat is very quiet, and the neighbors are really friendly.
[About the room]
The double room is very spacious (15 square meters)with a big study desk. It's perfect if you need to work from home. It has two big windows and faces east, so you can enjoy the sunrise at bed.
[About your roommate]
You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with another girl. From my own experience, it's actually quite convenient and will not be a hassle. She is very quite and do not use the kitchen very often.
The bill (internet, water/energy, electricity) is around £50 per person during summer, and £80 per person during winter.
Council tax band A.
Please dm me for more information or arrange a viewing. My schedule is flexible.
