I'm looking for a female flatmate to fill a room in a modern two-bedroom flat located right in the heart of Leeds city centre, with the room available from May 23rd.

The flat is bright and spacious, featuring a large sofa, TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a modern bathroom. It’s located just a short walk from Leeds train station, shops, restaurants, and bars—ideal for professionals or postgrads who want to be close to everything.

The available room is a good-sized double with plenty of storage and space to work from home if needed. Rent is reasonable for the area (Council tax band E) and includes fast Wi-Fi; bills are split evenly.

The current tenant (24F) is kind, considerate, and respectful who values a peaceful and friendly home. She would prefer someone who’s easygoing, and up for the occasional shared meal but also respects personal space. She keeps things clean, is mindful of shared spaces, and always communicates openly- looking to live with someone who shares a similar vibe!
