Looking for someone to buddy up with for a 2 bed flat in North Leeds near Regent Street, available from early July. The flat has one en-suite bedroom and one bedroom with access to the main house bathroom.

The location is ideal — around 18–20 mins walk to the train station, 8 mins to the bus station, 10 mins to Leeds city centre, with supermarket, gym and other amenities basically right on the doorstep.

Budget would be around £710–£750 each all inclusive depending on the final place/bills package.

A bit about me:

Work in motor insurance
Mostly work from home, office based in Leeds city centre
Clean, respectful and keep communal areas tidy
Social and easy to get along with
Into the gym, days out, food, socialising etc.

Would ideally like someone similar who’s clean, chilled and easy to live with. Bonus if we actually become mates rather than just people sharing a flat.
