Hi! I am looking to live with a professional male or female who is clean tidy and considerate.
This modern and spacious flat is well presented throughout. Located in the heart of Leeds city centre, situated on the 10th floor overlooking the beautiful views of the city. We are 15 mins from the train station, across the road from Leeds kirkgate markets, bus/coach station and new shopping centre - Victoria Gate/John Lewis. There are many shops, bars, cafes, restaurants around as well as the West Yorkshire playhouse, Dance schools, and the BBC headquarters.
The flat is 2 bed fully furnished, open plan kitchen and lounge, balcony, concierge and limited parking available. The bathroom has a shower and bath, both double bedrooms include a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, window and central heating.
There is a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, plates/pans/cutlery ect already here for us. Pets are not allowed - although a cat is ok.
