It is a very nice and bright (yes and very pink i know) 2-bedroom flat with an open kitchen and living area and a small balcony. 10 minute walk from the train station. Price includes all bills included (council tax, electric, water and internet). Flat has a washer and dryer. FireStick and Netflix in TV.

Living room is a little more homely than useful flats with an L-Shaped sofa and swivel chair. Kitchen area is complete with delonghi kettle/toaster and nespresso coffee machine.

I went to Uni in Leeds then moved down South (Leicester and Swindon) and have been living back in Leeds for the past 5 years. I'm 35 years old and I having just been made redundant I need a house mate for some extra income.

I am looking for a professional who is clean (not obsessed!) and has respect for each others schedule. I do however love living in the centre so would happily scrap my relative early night idea if I can find someone willing to go out midweek for drinks (friends are married or in relationships so not always someone to drink with midweek!)

Ideally housemate would be friendly and sociable person who likes to enjoy their time off/weekends and do different things ( ideally not just looking for someone to live with who I only see when they are cooking and taking their food to their room).

I run a lot and do triathlons.
