A double room with ensuite available to rent in the prestigious Bridgwater place. The flat is on the 22nd floor and has a balcony with great views over the city. Fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and draws in the bedroom. Kitchen and living area also fully furnished with plates, glasses, pans, sofa tables etc. I have lived here for two years the flat is finished to a high standard, quiet and very warm. This is a city centre apartment with a Tesco, Starbucks and gym in the building as well as the train station, bars and restaurants being only a 1 minute walk away.
There is a 24 hour concierge for parcel delivery and any problems you may have. Bills only amount to around £100 a month between two. The room is a good size for a double flat and must be seen.
