We have a double bed bedroom available immediately at Denison Hall in Hanover Square.

The room is in a 4 bed house that currently has 2 girls and 1 guy living there. We are looking for another guy only.

The rent includes council tax but no other bills. The remaining bills comes to approximately £40-50 a month). The landlord lets us let out the rooms whenever another house mate leaves which means we all get along great.

The room (see photos) is on the second floor and has a bathroom right outside it which is shared with me (male). My room is right next to it and the two girls have their own floor upstairs. Both floors have their own bathroom and the ground floor has a toilet, kitchen and dining room.

We are all young professionals working in the centre of Leeds and looking for someone of a similar nature. We want someone who is sociable and not just living in the room only! Someone who feels and does the same would be great. We like to drink, go out and have been watching Love Island as a house recently. Definitely a guilty pleasure...

The house itself sits at the back of Denison hall which is a private development located near LGI. The house has parking and whilst the slot is being used there is almost always space in the car park. The development has its own private kept gardens that border on to Hannover Square park - they are great in the sun!
