The trains stations I around 7-15 minute walk (depending how fast you walk ... for me more likely a 15 minute walk) and the shops are nearby as well as the gym ( there is the firehouse gym right opposite the building).
I am a dental student in my 4th year so will be home for the weekends but most of the time will be out during the weekdays with some late nights I. The library. I keep the apartment tidy and clean (well as much as I can) and I rarely do any cooking so the kitchen is mostly yours. Also I love to shop so probably be spending Saturday window browsing in Leeds city centre.
