We're a group of four guys looking for a new flatmate to replace one of us on 01/04/18.

The current contract signed by us four runs up until 31/06/18. You will take up the room in April with a view to signing a new contract as a group of four running from 01/07/18 - 31/01/18 (7 months - renewable).

The Property;

Location - 10/10

Shared kitchen/living room - good size

Small balcony

Decent sized en-suite room

Financials;

Rent - £280.00

Deposit - £200 (to be paid 01/04/18)

Agency referencing fee - £210 (you will pay £50 towards this on 01/04/18 and the balance when you sign the new contract as above)

Bills - £50 roughly (includes water, gas/electricity, Ctax and internet)

Us;

Dani (30) Fran (24) and Dev (30). Friendly, down to earth and a considerate bunch of professionals (an engineer, financial analyst and paralegal, in that order) who've been a group since June 2016.

You;

Will be a professional of similar age looking for a comfortable and drama free place to put their head down after a long day of work.
