Large double room available

Hi

I have a large double room available for rent in a nice 4 bed house with large living room, dining area and loads of parking. the location is ideal for commute to Leeds, Bradford or Huddersfield etc. 10 minute walk to local bus station.

The room is fully furnished with all good quality furniture and brand new bed.

The house has one large Bathroom with power shower and large bath and an additional downstairs toilet, along with shed if you need to store bikes etc. It has fast broadband, washer, drier and large TV in lounge.

I'm fairly busy socially and professionally so you will get the house to yourself a fair bit of the time.

I want to give a fair description so you should also be aware of following:
-I have my teenage daughter every other week, she has a better social life than me, but she will be in house alternate weeks.
-The house is near a school so at certain times of day road outside gets busy.
-I'm a social smoker so I'm fine if you're a smoker just not in the house.

Because of my daughter I'm looking for females preferably.
