THE PROPERTY: We are offering a spacious double bedroom with storage and TV with an Amazon Fire Stick included in the room. You will also have your own bathroom which includes both a bath and a shower. Your bedroom and bathroom is on the top floor of our home, the only room we use on this floor is an office giving you privacy on an evening.
You will also have use of the kitchen/dining area/family room on the ground floor. Due to the current circumstances we would like to limit the use of the main living room (picture not included).
Parking is available both on street and on our driveway.
LOCATION: Our property is situated on a quiet, friendly estate. It’s great for commuting as it is in walking distance of Outwood train station, less than 10 minutes drive to the M1 and M62 and 15 minutes drive into both Leeds and Wakefield. It is a 10 minute walk from a large Co-Op.
US: Myself and my Fiancé, Matt, are both 25 years old. We are both working professionals, we keep the house clean and tidy and we are easy to get along with.
We are looking to rent out our spare room Monday - Friday for business purposes.
