I have a double room to let that is available on a Mon to Fri basis. My lodgers usually come back on a Sunday evening and go back home Friday evening. The room is available from now.
Present occupants are myself, professional lady age 46 and two professional mails 38-57

I have 1 cat (Sky). She is not allowed in the bedrooms. She comes and goes by means of a cat flap. We also have a dog Max who is friendly.

The house is kept clean and tidy.

The bathroom is shared with One other Lodger (Greame) who is very clean and tidy
All other rooms in the house have en suite.

The house is large and you certainly don't feel on top of each other. It has a friendly laid back atmosphere.
I can give the mobile numbers of present lodgers to chat about the house and give reference of what it's like residing here
The house is situated 5 mins drive away from M1. 10 mins walk from Outwood train station and 2 minutes walk from bus stop into Leeds/Wakefield.

Pinderfields is the closest hospital being a 30 minute walk away.
