I have a lovely, clean, double room available.

It is an easy going household that is kept clean.
The property sits in a nice private spot with parking being available.
Garden to the rear where there is a patio and seating by the pond that provides a lovely area for relaxation in those nice summer months.

This bedroom shares the bathroom with one other male lodger who is Monday to Friday only.

The house is large and you certainly don't feel under each other's feet. I can provide references from past and present lodger. I prefer a laid back, warm family atmosphere in the house and be rest assured you would be made to feel at home.

I have a cat. The house is kept clean and tidy. Is not covered In pet hair and I am told there is no animal odour.

On the whole I'm an easy going landlady that gets on with most people. I'm a dental nurse and have a chatty bubbly personality that isn't overbearing.


Outwood train station is a 10 minute brisk walk away. One stop to Leeds station.
Wakefield city centre in 5 minute drive away.
