Double room to let in large detached property in meanwood, north Leeds. 2, 3,4,5,6 nights considered, price negotiable.. large working studio space available to work from home at this complicated time. We are all very easy going, relaxed and fun. Looking for a professional person with a similar outlook. Must be tidy, respectful but up for a laugh and easy going. The house has two lounges, both with wood burning stoves. French doors onto the garden. The double room for rent has a king size bed, under eve storage, wardrobes, chest of draws, TV. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and bath and one with shower only. Modern Kitchen with all gadgets. Secure off street parking. Large south facing back garden with 6 person hot tub, a sauna, patio area and grass plus also have a front garden patio area and bike shelter.

The whole house is very clean and modern and tastefully decorated, there are all manner of mod cons. Its located a few minutes walk from local bars, eateries, shops and transport links. It is also very close to Meanwood park for nice walks, running and cycling
Broadband, all bills and regular cleaner are all included.
Please note I have a 5 year old child who stays a few nights per week, so child friendly people only please!
House is currently shared by 1 lady and 2 men. So another female would be ideal but not essential.
