Room to Rent in Lovely 4 Bed in Meanwood

Dining Room

I am renting my lovely room out in my house in Meanwood as I am going to be out of the country from November-May (inclusive).

Room:
The room is very spacious and has lots of storage space. It is on the 2nd floor where there is also one other bedroom. It has a nice big window and very comfortable double bed. It comes fully furnished with desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf, + 2 extra storage units.

House:
The house is great, there is a large shared living room with TV and open plan dining room + kitchen area all on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over a bath. Second floor has two bedrooms. Small garden area to the back with extra plants where we occasionally sit if it is warm enough. House is located on a very quiet street, approx 5 minutes from Aldi + Waitrose and 5-10 minutes from centre of Headingley (good bus routes in to town) in other direction. The Meanwood valley trail runs along the bottom of the road. There is also parking on the street.

Housemates:
There are three other housemates, one is a Nurse, one works as a Mental Health Practitioner and the other is studying for a MSc in Occupation Therapy. We all get on really well, like to do house meals once a week and equally watch TV together/go for a drink. The house is nice and clean, we have put effort into making it homely with lots of plants and artwork - it is very cosy! We also have a cat who likes to sleep on peoples beds so it is important that you like cats/not allergic!

The rent is £355.33 pcm + bills. These amount to approx £40 pcm for water/energy/internet/tv license. If you are eligible to pay council tax then this would be extra.

I will be away on fieldwork for my PhD from beginning of November - end of May so am looking to rent the room for this entire period. I will be sad to leave as it really is a great house.
