Double Room in Meanwood

A bit about the flat:
The flat is newly renovated (June 2020), bills included and fully furnished.
There is plenty of storage, good sized kitchen and fibre optic wifi.

I live in the flat, so you will be sharing a bathroom with myself (i do have a seperate shower room though).

The room:
The room is a double room with full floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and shelf in. You would also be able to squeeze some drawers in the wardrobe too to maximise space.

The location:
A 5 minute walk from the centre of meanwood and 10 minute walk into headingley. There are plenty of shops/restaurants and bars nearby as well as Meanwood park.
The centre of leeds is around a 15 minute bus journey/35 minute walk.
It not a noisy neighbourhood but also still close to plenty of pubs too:)
The flat has lots of parking directly outside and small car parks around the back.

A bit about me:
I’m Emma, I graduated from Newcastle University in 2017 and currently work as a Business Analyst at Jet2 in the centre of Leeds. I love to travel/holiday, music events and festivals, dogs, running, yoga and seeing my family/friends. I tend to be quieter in the week but enjoy busy weekends away/out doing things!
I also work from home (mainly in the living room) but happy for you to work here with me!
Obviously not opposed to a Netflix binge every now and then too :)
I’m looking for someone who is quite social but also likes their own space from time to time. I like to keep the place clean and tidy.
