Hi I'm Kieran, a 26yo professional. My mate is moving into her own place at the end of the month so I’m looking to get someone in to fill the second room. The apartment block was built in 2021 so is nice and modern, looking for someone who would look after it and treat it as a home rather than just accommodation.

Ideally looking for someone who is game for chilling, going out for drinks, etc etc. Pretty standard guy, into fitness, music, nights out, football.

Flat is very safe, key fob access to building and underground car park. The room is a decent size, double bed, furnished (with a desk). Bathroom is large and all yours (I have an en-suite). Decent sized lounge, got a tv in there and a ps4. WIFI is good so you'll never have an issue with that. I have a washing machine/dryer in the utility cupboard. Kitchen is fully furnished, you wouldn't need to bring your own pots and pans, plates as I have all of this already but you can do if you want. Also have a dishwasher. Big outdoor patio areas overlooking Meanwood, really nice in summer.

Meanwood itself is a good location, 10 minutes drive into the city centre, 20-25 mins by bus. You can also get the train from Headingley/Burley Park. Shops wise there's an Aldi and a Waitrose less than 2 minutes away. Plenty of bars and pubs to boot.
