We are looking for 2 new housemates to move into this great house share in Meanwood.
There are 4 rooms in total, 1 of the 2 available rooms is an ensuite attic room. the other room is a double room with its own sink.

The other housemates are easy-going guys in their 20’s looking for a friendly and tidy housemate.

The house is really nice with a good size kitchen and living room. There is a new shower room upstairs, which is
good as there is no grim bath to keep clean! The house is fully furnished and has everything you will need.
There is TV and sky sports and movies included, in fact all bills are included:

There are a lots of bars within a 2 minute walk such as Alfred, Terminus and East of Boot and Rally etc and
there is also Waitrose and Aldi within 5 minutes walk. there a good buses into town on Meanwood Road and
Headingley is only about 20 minutes away. its a great location!
