We will share a spacious living room including TV. We also benefit from a dining room and a fitted kitchen including electric hob and oven and washer-dryer.

The property is in great decorative condition throughout, lovely colours, plants and includes both central heating and double glazing.

On-street parking is plentiful and free-of-charge, with no permits or restrictions.

There is a small front garden, and also a yard at the back to chill in summer!

We would share the home with my cat Morris: there's no cat litter in the house as he toilets outside. I hope you like cats?
