Looking for a friendly, clean and tidy housemate.

Currently living in the house are two young professionals (2x males) who work Monday-Friday in Leeds, and Alfie, a 5 year old cat who spends the majority of his time outside! Through the week we're either out with friends, eating together or away with work. Over the weekend typically everybody is off doing separate things.
The house has been recently renovated to a very high standard and has fast broadband, large TV with Sky Sports, modern kitchen, washer/dryer, separate living room, separate dining room and modern bathroom with a powerful shower as well as paved outdoor space with a barbecue.


All bills are included along with a weekly cleaner who cleans all shared areas and if required can clean your bedroom at an additional cost.
