Room for rent in Meanwood

We have a room available in our 4-bed house in Meanwood, starting 14th August.

The current housemates are me (Amelia, 24), Harry, and Matt (both 22). We are all currently final year or Masters students, but will hopefully be working by the time the tenancy starts. We all like hiking and the outdoors, and often go on weekends away with the uni hiking club. We are all at least semi-veggie, and like to hang out together in the evenings.

The house is located in central Meanwood, 2 minutes from Aldi and Waitrose, and a short walk to Meanwood Park and Woodhouse Ridge. It’s a 10 minute walk to Headingley, about half an hour to uni of Leeds, and you can get the 51/52 bus into town from just round the corner. Rent is currently £350 a month, with bills around £50 extra, and it’s council tax band B. The landlord is lovely, very helpful and always responds immediately if we need him.

We are ideally looking for someone who is either working, postgrad, or final year of undergrad, and is also at least semi-veggie.
