Double bedroom available in the heart of Menston.

Looking for a female tenant - males need not apply sorry!!

The bedroom is currently furnished with a double bed, bedside table, a small chest of drawers and a large 4 door wardrobe. The wardrobe is very large and is only there because my ex who previously lived with me had a lot of stuff! If you’d prefer to have more space in the room then it’s no problem for me to get rid of half of it leaving a 2 door wardrobe. Thought I’d just leave it as it is for the time being in case anybody who’s Interested in the room might also require the storage space.

I bought my lovely little house 5 years ago and a friend has been living with me for the last 18 months. She is now moving out and with the cost of living at the moment I thought it would be a good idea to get somebody else in. Ideally I’m looking for a female who’s a similar age to me to not only be a housemate but hopefully a friend too!

My job requires me to work shifts so I’m usually either getting up at 3am or getting in at 4am. I also quite often work weekends so I’d need somebody who respects my working hours and doesn’t want to have late night parties on a Saturday night when I’m up early the next day.

The house comes with a downstairs toilet, a small communal lounge as you can see in the pictures, a large open kitchen, a small back garden & patio & the double bedroom upstairs with a communal bathroom including a shower/bath. Road parking but you can always get parked not far away. I have WiFi and sky tv all included in the cost of the room.

I also have a beautiful 9 month old cockapoo called Maddie so ideally my new house mate will also be a lover of dogs! My friend who currently lives with me absolutely adores her and quite often looks after whilst I’m at work. This would be great if my new housemate wanted to help out too but not a problem if not!

All bills included in the cost of the room.
Start date is flexible January onwards- I’d rather wait & get the right person than rush and end up living with somebody who isn’t right. Obviously the rent might have to be reviewed if the bills continue to go up.
