Hi, I have a spare room in my new build house. It's in the St Oswalds development, with St. Aidens about a 2 minute walk away. The house backs onto a train track but I've been here a month and don't notice them at all anymore :) I have a rescue dog named Lana who can be quite nervous at first but will quickly get used to a new person in the house. The room is up for rent but you will have access to the entire house at all times. The room can be further furnished as required :)
As for me I work from home 2 days a week, but go into the office the other 3. I enjoy walking in the many trails behind the house and spend my weekends with friends, with some cleaning and cooking for the week ahead. I'm not overly sociable but I do enjoy a good laugh and a good sense of humour :)
The reason I'm renting out is due to my friend who was going to be moving in with me when I bought this place not being able to anymore. All bills will be included and the rent will never change (unless I can afford to lower it).
