White rose shopping centre or birstall retail park like 10-15 mins drive - easy access as can also drive Bradford 20 mins , Wakefield 15 and Leeds city 10 by car also accessible by bus

Few mins drive or 5-10 mins walk to local supermarket of asda , Iceland , bm, Aldi, walk in centre, one stop, library

Drive to pure gym, range, BM only less 10 mins

I like lodger to help out cleaning eg after cooking or any mess that they been made.

We also have 2 dogs so lodger can play or leave them so must be ok with dogs

No mowing required as fake grass in back garden! But would be nice help out mowing the front if you like

I own my house so I am deaf and bsl user- happy teach if I can! I am layback and like have privacy so you may not see me much as I like to relax /chilling. Got a daughter who is 5.

Will provide empty cupboard for lodger to store foods. Shared kitchen but apart the foods! No toaster but feel free to bring your own stuffs!

Where the room- Ground floor double bedroom which the window is at the back with view of garden.
Comes with the double bed/mattress. no drawers but if you want drawers let me know which extra charge or bring ur own. Room also have own lock so you have own key also.

Rent is £125 per week

Shower/toilet is opposite the room I don’t use it but one lodger does who stay at ground floor room-and visitors to use the toilet. You can store bathrooms stuff there. Feel free to use shared bathroom at 2nd floor
Minimum 1 month but Maximum 6 months stay but if need extra time - need discuss with me with 1 months notice as can discuss how longer stay.
