Double en suite bedroom available for a flatshare in Mirfield.

Bedroom is spacious (more than the pictures let on) and has a built in wardrobe and decent storage options. Set of drawers also included. Skylight provides decent natural lighting.

Shower facilities are available in the other en suite room - I have no issues with flatmates using it.

Flat is spacious with an open living area & decent sized kitchen (with dishwasher, if that sweetens the deal at all). I'm not much of a decorator so plenty of room to decorate / make the space your own.

Overall rent is £550PCM + utilities, split down the middle, making rent £275PCM per person, plus bills.

Flat is near a number of local amenities - couple of coffee shops, hair dressers, Lidl, corner shop, train station all within walking distance.

Pets - cats and dogs = no, i'm afraid.
Enclosed animals would be at the discretion of the landlord (I have 2 x reptiles so vivariums are fine)

As for me... I'm a 28 year old =, former IT professional turned student at York Askham Bryan College, currently looking for work amidst the pandemic.

Living with someone I don't know is scary so if you like the look of the pictures, I'd be a lot more at ease if we sat down for a coffee and a chat at some stage just to gauge how we'll get along.
