Hi I'm Liv, I have a Spacious double bedroom available now, shared bathroom in the hallway which is brand new. Brand new fitted kitchen & island. Large garden front and back. Garage can be used for storage. The living room wouldn't be included. I am very clean and tidy and have OCD, I've worked very hard to do this house up alone for the past 4 years. I have a small Frenchie called George who's with me all of the time or at my mums when I'm working. Ideal Tennant would be trust worthy, reliable on rent and overall clean and tidy.
I don't do partying so it's not a party house and I prefer for the room to be rented by yourself and nobody else.
