We are looking for a second person for a quiet house share in North Leeds.

The house is in a peaceful neighborhood and backs onto the Meanwood Valley Trail with miles of woodland to explore. The back garden faces directly onto woodland that is rarely used, so is very private and features a 'hide' seating nook.

It has got a new kitchen, and bathroom plus living room with Garden access, entrance hall & utility rooms.

The rent includes council tax, water, broadband and up to £150 in gas and electricity each month.

"We are currently working overseas, and the loft has been thoughtfully converted into a private bedroom and bathroom for us. One of us will occasionally return to stay for a few days at a time, and we will both be present for the whole of July. Outside of these periods, the house will function as a comfortable two-person house share, offering plenty of space and a welcoming atmosphere.

The current tenant is a warm and friendly fourty year old woman. She occasionally has her lovely one-year-old son in the house, bringing a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere. If his presence reaches up to 50% of the week, the rent will be reduced to £350/month as a goodwill adjustment.

We will be returning to the UK in March/April 2026 so the contract would be ended then.
