New housemate wanted

I currently live in a 3 bed house. 2 are occupied and other is used as a spare/guest room.
The furniture in the room will be slightly different then in the picture currently

My current house mate is moving out at the end of February and im looking for someone to replace her. The room available is a large double and can either come furnished or unfurnished.
The house is a 10-15 minute drive/ taxi ride to the city centre, or there is a direct bus

There is a shared kitchen and living/dining room. Also one bathroom but with separate toilet.
It has a drive way, with extra road side parking if needed and a large garden.

The bills are £750 at the moment but subject to change with price of bills

I'm an easy going, sociable person who looking for a similar likeminded person to live with. I like the occasional night out but definitely appreciate a night in. Usually you will find me cooking in the evening or sat with a glass of wine binge watching a series on TV. I would prefer someone who would socialise with me on the evenings/weekends and become more of a friend, that we can do things together like meals, drinks out ect. I like a clean, tidy house but appreciate it needs to be lived in too. I work in the NHS but don't do long shifts, this means I am out the house most week days and in the evenings
