Hi, if you fancy a super place to live, you can't go wrong; Ive lived here a long time and it's a great location with a trendy cafe outside and just 15 min bus ride to town (2, 3,3a, 36 route). Plus plenty of free off street parking on the same parade of shops as Sainsbury's local and a famous chinese restaurant

The flat is on the first floor and is within walking distance of Chapel Allerton (and Roundhay Park, at a push) lol

Note: The living room is my workplace so Im only offering the spare room (not ensuite unfortunately) and not generally sharing the living room but the kitchen is huge and there's a 'workstation' and a small sitting area just for you!

I work away and travel extensively so please be reliable, mature and conscientious. Theres not enough space for more than one person (so no children or pets sadly)

The Council Tax band is B and we both share one bathroom and separate toilet
